Foxpaw strode over to the Leader's Den. Her mentor(whoever that is) told her to take her fresh-kill to Moonstar. Probably sent me here to get me out of his/her sight! She thought bitterly. She always feels that, not just her mentor, but the entire clan gives her hard taskes just to get her out of their sights. As she reached the entrance to the Leader's Den, she paused and mewed, "Moonstar? I brought you some fresh-kill."

"oh hello there, what is it that you need?" Moonstar looked athe small kit who could just barely be old enough to be an apprentice. "have you brought that fresh-kill for me? Did you catch it by yourself?" moonstar could see no real reason for this cat to be bothering him I need some time alone to figure out how to stop sunwish

Foxpaw nodded, starting to feel irritated. "Yes I caught it myself." She retorted, probably not the smartest thing to do. Well, at she least didn't say what she wanted say, which was; Of course I caught it myself, you stupid fur-ball! Have you forgotten that I became an apprentice some days ago? You gave me Rivertail as my mentor! But fortunaly she was able to hold her tounge that time.
((Ooh, Foxpaw not to happy. Anyway, check the "Patrol to Cloudclan" thread. Twilightstar chose Shadoweye to be in the patrol.))

Noticing the tone of the cats voice Moonstar realised that he probably should take a better look at who it is. " Well praise Starclan it's you Foxpaw, Rivertail must be a good mentor for you seeing as you've improved greatly since the ceremony" Moonstar slimed to the best of a cat's ability to smile.
[color=grey]Rivertail after searching much of the clearing finally found foxpaw in the leader's den. "Foxpaw what're you doing? bothering the leader with this fresh-kill, i told you to bring me the hardest thing for you to catch so we could work out your new fighting level!." she turned quickly from scoulding Foxpaw to moonstar "I'm so sorry about this Moonstar"

Foxpaw lifted her chin at Moonstar's praise. Then her heart sank when Rivertail came in. She always seems to be everywhere! Her mouth then gaped at what Rivertail said. "You told me to bring Moonstar some fresh-kill, then work on my fighting!" Foxpaw couldn't believe what she was hearing, though it wouldn't be the first time her mentor had done something like this. Perhaps she misunderstood what her mentor told her? No. She knew what she heard from Rivertail.

"did i? oh well it's not what i meant to say, i'm sorry foxpaw. How about you go to the apprentice den and enjoy your freshkill, i'll come and get you for fighting practice." she tilted her head towards the door and then batted foxpaw a little as if to say Now.
"No wait Rivertail, i might have a special Mission for Foxpaw." his wiskers twicthed as he continued. "It wont intefere with his training much, if at all. I need him to spy on Swamppaw, Sunwish's apprentice, and sabatoge him in his training, not severly, but just enough so that he'll need to stay with Sunwish a lot longer."

Foxpaw rolled her eyes and was about to leave the den when Moonstar stopped her. Looking at her Leader, she listened closely to what he said. "But why do you want me to spy on Swamppaw and sabatoge her training?" She was really confuse and a bit angrey. The Clan already don't like her because of her appearance, but now Moonstar wants her to ruin someone's hard work!

"Becuase of something that's way beyond your moons (( ihope i said that right, i'm trying to say she's too young)), but trust me if swappaw succedes in her training and is promoted to Medicine cat before i can convice a certain cat of something there may be consequences" Moonstar said this very seriously and gave Foxpaw a look that said ' you'd better not argue"

Swamppaw was padding by Moonstar's den, a bundle of feverfew from an abandoned Twoleg nest and yarrow clutched in her jaws. Her ears perked up when she heard another voice in the den, and it sounded like Foxpaw. '... may be consequences.' was all she heard, but she flattened her ears. She quickly trotted over to the medicine cat's den to drop off the herbs before padding back, hesitating at the den entrance. Moonstar didn't sound very happy... and she didn't want to intrude, but she felt like something was nudging her inside.
She poked her head in, letting out a quiet meow. "I was wondering if you were alright Moonstar, I was going by and you just sounded a little irritated." she said, slipping into the den and taking a seat next to Foxpaw. Dispite the ginger she-cat only becoming an apprentice a few days prior, she was still bigger than Swamppaw, though the dusky brown medicine cat apprentice didn't mind much. She'd gotten used to it.

"Oh no swappaw i'm fine I was just talking with Rivertail and her Apprentice Foxpaw. IS there something you need?" He swished his tail a bit waiting for an answer.
"Well moonstar, I'm going to take Foxpaw her and go, we've got a lot of fighting practice to do." With that she quietly stood and walked out past Foxpaw, giver her a tap with her paw signaling it was time to leave.

Foxpaw bowed her head and stood up and turned around. But before she left she whispered to Swamppaw, "If I were you, I would pay attention to what my mentor is telling me and learm everthing..quickly." She whispered so quietly that only Swampaw could hear, and she all said this without casting one glimspe at the young brown cat. She then padded out of the den to where Rivertail was. "So now what?" She looked, expectingly, at her mentor. She desprately wanted to get her mind off of what Moonstar wanted her to do.
((Foxpaw still ain't that happy about spying and sabatoging, that's why she left that hint to Swamppaw. But she's goin to do it anyway. *starts imagining about what she'll do to Swamppaw*^^))
